General Rules

Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.2 Password and Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your password with anyone, and if you notice any suspicious login activity, notify the c777 support team immediately. c777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a technical fault on the platform.

Age Limit and Identity Verification

c777 follows a strict 21+ policy. No person under the age of 21 may create an account on this platform or participate in any form of betting or casino activity.

c777 may request identity verification at any stage. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Do not treat the bonus as free money; it is a conditional benefit.

5.2 Other Bonus Terms

The c777 weekly deposit gift gives a 20% bonus on deposits each week up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 15 times. The c777 Slots Tuesday Blast offers a 50% bonus on deposits to the slots section every Tuesday, up to a maximum of ৳6,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times. The minimum deposit for each bonus is ৳200.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, placing opposing bets on the same event, or any other strategic misuse is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Placing multiple opposing bets on a single event to exploit bonuses
• Operating an account using another member's identity
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Threatening or harassing other members
• Rude or abusive behaviour towards c777 staff

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

c777 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice. The situations in which action is typically taken include:

• Clear violation of the terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the c777 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, subject to wagering requirements being met.
